Areas of Practice

CNC PLasma Cutting

Our 130 amp, high definition CNC plasma table has a working area of 72” x 240”, with the capacity to cut material from 26 GA (0.018”) up to 1 ½”. We are able to cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. High definition plasma tables offer an excellent mix of capabilities that provide a great cut capability/cost proposition compared to laser and water jet tables.

Rolling

Our three plate rollers allow us to handle a wide variety of materials and sizes to form cylinders, rings and cones/transitions from 18 GA (0.048”) up to 3/8”. Our plasma table’s software allows us to layout complex ducting to suit many applications.

Cnc Punch

Equipped with a CNC punch and an ironworker, we have the ability to handle thin sheet and thick plate. Our CNC punch can handle material from 18 GA (0.048”) to ¼” plate and is furnished with a vast assortment of standard and custom dies to punch round, square, rectangular and hexagonal holes, in addition to slots and louvers. Our ironworker can punch flat bar and angle, as well as plate up to 1” thick.

FOrming

With three hydraulic brake presses, including a 250t CNC brake with a 12ft bed, we can bend and form material to suit many applications. In addition to standard 90 degree bends, we can also do complex bends, safety lips, and bumping of large cones/transitions that would be beyond the capability of our plate rollers. Brake forming allows us to form custom angles and channels, as well as trays, panels, enclosures etc.

SHearing

Our 10ft shear can cut material from 18 GA (0.048”) to 3/8” plate for mild steel and aluminum, and stainless steel up to 3/16”.

Mig and tig welding

CWB certified to weld steel and stainless steel, with capabilities to also weld aluminum, we have a group of very knowledgeable and experienced workers with decades of experience in fitting and welding. We have equipment to do arc, MIG and TIG welding, as well as resistance spot welding and stainless steel fusing.
